What we collect
Information you submit through our enquiry and talent-pool registration forms: name, email address, company, profession, country, experience, availability, links you provide and the content of your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, scope roles, match candidates with client engagements, and communicate about opportunities and services. Contractor registrations are retained in our talent pool so we can contact you about suitable engagements.
Legal basis & consent
We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, for individuals in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Forms on this site require your explicit consent before submission.
Sharing
Contractor profiles are shared with prospective clients only as needed to arrange an engagement, and never sold to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing enquiry@dotlease.co.za.
